The Baytown Sculpture Trail is pleased to announce the call for entry for the 2026 exhibition. The exhibition will be installed in early April 2026 and will be on display until March 2027.

Each artist’s accepted artwork will receive a $1500 honorarium. Additionally they will have a Best of Show Award and a People’s Choice Award of $1,500 each. They will reserve a room for two nights for their accepted artists so they might attend their artist dinner followed by the opening reception event. They’ve had a pretty good track record in selling and leasing the artworks in their first three years. They have sold 25 pieces and leased 12. Art Stop is intended to make art accessible to the community by using city bus shelters as an exhibit space. Regional artists living in Southwestern New Mexico, particularly Las Cruces and Dona Ana County, will have an opportunity to exhibit their artwork at one bus stop location for a full year if selected. The Las Cruces Public Art program strives to achieve the program's goals of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access for all artists, and to showcase contemporary and traditional arts in unique public art formats. Art Theme - Animals on the Go! Art Stop 2026 will feature animals “on the go”. Artwork should show animals in motion, traveling, moving or going somewhere.

The City of Loveland Art in Public Places Program is seeking an artist or artist team to design and create a mural for City Hall that reflects Loveland’s heritage and community values, while also envisioning the city’s future along the Front Range. Professional artists with demonstrated experience in creating original murals that engage the public are encouraged to apply.

An international call for artists working with clay. This exhibition will showcase works that draw from nature in some way and rely heavily on the use of clay in a variety of approaches, and forms, and applications in an appreciation for sculptural clay works.

Be a part of Houston FotoFest 2026 at the Art League of Baytown, an official Participating Space. Over the past 12 years the Art League of Baytown (ALB) has issued a call for entry for each FotoFest biennial. This FotoFest season their theme is “A Sense of Place”. Juror Catherine Couturier will select 50 artworks for display in their main gallery from March 12 through May 16. Ms. Couturier is the owner and director of Catherine Couturier Gallery. The gallery has been a member of AIPAD (Association of Photography Art Dealers) since 1998, the most prestigious institute of its kind in the world.

As part of the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s 2026 public art commissions, we invite Brooklyn-based professional creatives to apply for Brooklyn Forged, a new public art installation that will be installed on the Flushing Avenue fence line between Clermont Avenue and Adelphi Street (in front of Building 3) between mid-May to early November 2026. This commission celebrates the skills, materials, and entrepreneurial spirit that have shaped Brooklyn’s identity through industrial innovation. Proposals should highlight the intersections of labor, culture, and creativity—honoring milestones from the borough’s past while reflecting the dynamism of its present. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility installation that will engage thousands of daily passersby and anchor the Yard’s 225-year legacy of making and innovation.

The City of Aurora, CO is seeking mural artwork(s) to enliven the interior of the new Animal Shelter and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for visitors, staff, and volunteers. The shelter will be an essential community resource, and mural(s) will play a key role in shaping positive experiences by bringing color, vibrancy, and visual storytelling into the facility. Locations for mural(s) will include public-facing areas, with exact sites to be determined in collaboration with the selected artist. Possible locations: Adoption Lobby, Cat Adoption, Dog Adoption Corridor Length.

This exhibition is open to all artists, whether you are a child artist, a first-time creator, or an established professional. Every submitted artwork will be displayed in their gallery on Flinders Lane in Melbourne’s CBD, making SMALL! a truly inclusive showcase for artists of all experience levels. They welcome a diverse range of styles and media, including painting, drawing, photography, prints, textiles, and small sculptural works. They will be awarding prizes during the opening night on Wednesday, November 26, from 5 to 7pm. The award categories include: Under 18 Prize, Painting Prize, Drawing Prize, Photography Prize, Textile Prize and Mixed-Media Prize. Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite work in the People’s Choice Award, which will be announced after the conclusion of the exhibition.

Focus on your creative process this winter in a nurturing space surrounded by trees and with views to a running creek frequented by herons and eagles. Creatives have a dedicated 10'x20' studio space in a historic boat-building workshop with open rafters and fir floors. Curated to support creatives in their artistic journey on Vancouver Island, The Ou-telier is an independent, process-based residency for you to decompress, experiment and play alongside like-minded artists and writers. There is no fee to apply. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.

The City of Aurora, CO is seeking an interior aerial sculpture to serve as a dynamic focal point of the new Animal Shelter. The suspended artwork should create a sense of movement, inspiration, and welcome, offering a memorable first impression for visitors and setting the tone for their experience in the facility. Designed with visibility in mind, the piece will be viewed from multiple vantage points and should complement the architectural character of the space. This is one of three RFQs for the Animal Shelter (Interior Aerial Sculpture, Interior Mural(s), and Exterior Project). Artists may apply to one or more opportunities. The City is interested in exploring proposals that may contribute to a holistic artistic vision across the facility.

O’Hanlon Center for the Arts invites you to submit work for their Online show: GO FIGURE - The Art of the Human Form. For this online exhibition they are looking for creative and imaginative expressions of the human form, whether it be abstract or representational. All media except video welcome and encouraged. This annual platform supports emerging and mid-career UK artists, awarding cash prizes, exhibitions, and residencies. The vision for this artwork is that it will serve as both a gateway piece and sign including the park's name to create an exciting and engaging entry point for the park, elevating the position of the park as a major gateway that welcomes people to the City of Rockville. Because the location of the park also creates an entryway into East Rockville and Lincoln Park and is near the edge of northeastern Rockville, it is ideal that the artwork’s design incorporate and/or acknowledge elements of the landscape, nature, history, and/or local cultures.

Mark Arts in Wichita, Kansas, invites artists to submit works for the biennial Abstract National Exhibition opening January 9, 2026. Artists may submit original two-dimensional or three-dimensional abstract, nonobjective or nonrepresentational works. Media may include, but is not limited to: watercolor, oil, gouache, sculpture, photographs, acrylics, inks, printmaking, graphite, charcoal, ceramics, pastel, collage, ready-made assemblage, and mixed media. Artwork must be for sale, created in the last two years, and not previously exhibited in Wichita, Kansas.

Arts North International is a juried, physical exhibition open to artists from around the world. Entering its 31st year, the exhibition is displayed at the Hopkins Center for the Arts in the heart of historic main street Hopkins, 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. ANI is a physical exhibition featuring an additional virtual tour supplement. More than $10,000 in awards are available: including juror-selected Best of Show ($3000), 2 Awards of Excellence ($1000 each), 2 Awards of Merit ($500 each), as well as honors for medium specific categories and sponsor-selected awards.

Established in 1993, the A.I.R. Fellowship Program for Emerging and Underrepresented Women and Non-Binary Artists has enabled more than 120 artists to realize their first solo exhibition in New York City with the support of the A.I.R. community. The Fellowship Program annually awards six local emerging artists with their first solo exhibition, professional development programming, curatorial support, and mentorship during a 12-month fellowship that runs September–August. Intended to support artists in building sustainable and enriching artistic practices, the program provides participants with career-changing, lifelong resources and community in a space that encourages creative risk-taking and intergenerational dialogue. Central to the program are a series of professional development workshops on subjects such as grant writing and exhibition design, close collaboration with an A.I.R. artist mentor, and scheduled studio visits throughout the year, including one with a selection panelist.

SlowArt Productions presents the thematic exhibition: Unexpurgated: Freedom in Form and Color. This exhibition will be held at the Limner Gallery from March 5 – 28, 2026. The exhibition invites artists to explore the concept of art as a form of speech and expression. Works may address themes of personal truth, social commentary, identity, resistance, or the uninhibited creative voice. All media and stylistic approaches are welcome. All interpretations of the theme Unexpurgated: Freedom in Form and Color, will be reviewed and considered.

Center on Contemporary Art will present the latest incarnation of its storied series exploring contemporary art. The CoCA Annual, a juried group exhibition seeking work from emerging as well as established artists in the Northwest and worldwide. For the 25th edition, CoCA is proud to announce Joseph DeLappe as juror, presenting the the following description of the exhibition: “We Don’t Need This Fascist Groove Thang”. CoCA welcomes submissions in any form—visual art, performance, games, writing, film, sound, installation, digital media, and hybrid practices. Storied is a juried group exhibition open to all narrative art! Any medium is welcome and all artists 18+ years of age residing in the United States are eligible. Narrative artwork is that which tells a story. Whether it be a personal experience, a historical happening, or an imagined tale… narrative artwork brings people together in a shared experience of curiosity and interpretation. It allows artists to communicate directly to the viewer, pulling them in to a moment in time or a sequence of events.

The Castle Rock Public Art Commission seeks to enrich the visitor experience in Downtown Castle Rock through the installation of large-scale banner artworks on the Encore parking garage. In honor of the Sesquisemiquincentennial (America 250 – Colorado 150), this project aims to celebrate their shared history, diverse stories, and community heritage while inspiring reflection and unity as people imagine the future together.

Est-Nord-Est (ENE) is an artist-run center whose mission is to support an international community of artists and authors in contemporary art by offering a space and time for research and experimentation, as well as privileged access to local resources and know-how. The center is located in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, a village on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, in a unique geographical and historical setting. The landscape is dominated by farms, forests, and the river. Saint-Jean-Port-Joli is located 115 km from Quebec City and 350 km from Montreal. The eight-week residencies, bringing together four artists and one author from the field of contemporary art, are offered in spring, summer, autumn, and winter.

Fitton Center for Creative Arts, a community arts center in Hamilton, Ohio, offers exhibitions, performances, classes, rentals and more to thousands of participants monthly. The Fitton Center’s galleries offer professional exhibitions to the public free of charge. Featuring world-renowned artists while maintaining a local focus, the diverse programming engages the community through gallery openings, guided field trips, event rentals, and original art to purchase and take home. Exhibitions in the professional series change four times a year. The Billboard Creative (TBC) is now accepting submissions for their annual exhibition, transforming Los Angeles into an open-air gallery. This is your chance to have your work displayed on a billboard in LA , reaching millions of people in one of the world’s most vibrant art cities. TBC showcases emerging, underrepresented, and mid-career artists by placing mass-scale works on billboards throughout the city. Strategically located in high-traffic neighborhoods near galleries, museums, and art districts, each billboard amplifies the artist's impact, turning public spaces into a citywide exhibition. Their past exhibitions have been viewed over 82 million times and featured in Hyperallergic, Huffington Post, NPR, and more. They believe art should be accessible to everyone—not confined to gallery walls—and their mission is to provide artists with an opportunity to share their work on a massive scale.

The AJF Young Artist Award, generously supported by Karen and Michael Rotenberg, acknowledges promise, innovation, and individuality in the work of a jewelry artist who: is early in their career; has created an independent body of work; shows potential for continuing to create new work; and is rigorous in their approach to creating and producing new, exciting, thoughtful viewpoints. The award consists of an unrestricted cash award of US$7,500 to the winner and US$1,000 to each of four finalists, plus a travel allowance to receive the prize. The City of Petoskey, located in Northern Michigan, is seeking submissions from individual artists or teams for a public artwork for Sunset Park, located on the shores of Little Traverse Bay, in Petoskey, Michigan, featuring spectacular views of the sunset. The CVG Show is an all medium, open-themed juried art competition hosted by Collective Visions Gallery in Bremerton, WA. Open to artists residing in Washington State and Oregon only. All submitted art work must have been completed on or before January 1, 2021. The exhibition dates are from January 17, 2026 – February 27, 2026, held in person at Collective Visions Gallery in Bremerton, WA. World Forestry Center seeks artists, foresters, researchers, architects, designers, engineers, and visionary thinkers to submit existing innovative forest-based research and solutions for our upcoming museum exhibition: Forest Hope Through Innovation opening February 2026. In this era of profound climate uncertainty, World Forestry Center is leveraging creativity, aesthetics and art to spotlight forest-based climate solutions as an optimistic path forward. This interdisciplinary exhibition highlights the aesthetics of innovative forest-based research via emerging technology, design, engineering, and imaginative science-art collaborations. It is designed to spark climate hope and inspire community-based solutions that support the sustainability of future forests. By displaying research happening behind the scenes in incubator-type spaces, the exhibition becomes both a gallery and living laboratory; transforming museum visitors from passive observers into curious, playful, and critical participants in imagining solutions for a sustainable forest future.

Exceptional portraiture and eye-catching colors are critical elements that will simultaneously draw attention to the artwork and communicate the personality and essence of each featured Airman. Each design should consider the role of visual storytelling as a foundational component of this project and how the installation as a whole aims to be celebratory and illuminating in nature. Upon advancing to the Request for Proposal/Designs (RFP) phase, selected artists should consider the unique characteristics of their assigned Airmen while also understanding and artfully illustrating the unifying aspects between each Airman through his service. Successful artwork will weave together historical references with contemporary design elements, and it should consider how it can stand out among a group of portraits/designs. Each selected artist will receive a creative brief that includes reference imagery and background information on each assigned Airman.
