"The Glow of Life" is painting of a realistic female portrait connected with nature, painted with ink, tea, red wine and gold leafs. It was created in 7 different layers, with 7 different materials, to get 7 different faces of the same woman.
The feeling of freedom and the joy of creation, as well as passionately expressed emotions and love for nature, are strongly expressed in this painting. I was looking for a way to combine my love for two painting styles, combining drawing and painting elements in one work. I was inspired by life and the process of creation, the exploration of the unconscious in us and its manifestation on the surface.
