“Ausländer” celebrates the cultural impact of foreign artists on Berlin’s vibrant art scene. This group exhibition brings together 100 international voices that shape and enrich the city’s creative landscape. They invite foreign artists based in or connected to Berlin to apply for this unique opportunity to showcase their work in the heart of Neukölln.

Nuwave Gallery invites artists working in painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and digital works to submit to Trailblazers. Launched in 2025 and based in Berlin, this annual photography grant aims at supporting FLINTA artists (female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender). Each year, one artist is awarded €3,000 to develop a project. The focus is on giving time, support, and space to pursue new or ongoing work. We want to give visibility to artists who reflect on the world in thoughtful, critical, or imaginative ways. No expectations of finished work. Just the possibility of time, space, and focus.

Penang Art District once again invites young and emerging artists (aged 35 and below) to apply for Spotlight 2025 — a transformative mentorship programme that empowers young artists to develop and exhibit a solo body of work. The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation is pleased to announce an open call for applications to the sixth annual Archives Research Residency, a one- to three-week research intensive at the Rauschenberg Foundation Archives in New York City. The program provides support for accommodations and other expenses related to the visit. The Rauschenberg Foundation Archives, consisting of Robert Rauschenberg’s personal papers and the records from his Florida and New York studios, is the most comprehensive body of information on the artist’s life and career. In addition, the archives holds unique materials on arts organizations, art movements, and collaborations in which Rauschenberg was involved. Scholars, academics, artists, as well as non-traditional researchers are encouraged to apply

The Homiens Art Prize, which awards over $12,000 USD annually to artists, is an internationally celebrated event that elevates art careers to new heights.

Homiens celebrates selected artists across their media, exhibiting their art online where it is viewed by artists and collectors throughout the world. The gallery sponsors a platform for artists to network and collaborate, reach a global audience of buyers and collectors, gain institutional validation, and locate opportunities in the professional artistic industries. This round, 3 winning artists and 12 finalists will exhibit with Homiens as part of their seasonal exhibition program.

The Salt Lake City Arts Council’s Public Art Program invites artists and artist-led teams residing in Utah to submit qualifications for potential inclusion in the 2026 – 2028 Pre-Qualified Artist Pool for upcoming public art opportunities located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Pre-Qualified Artist Pool supports Utah-based public artists by integrating more artwork and artistic elements into citywide infrastructure. It also serves as a community resource for recommending artists for a variety of new public art commissions. In recent years, the Public Art Program has received increased interest from private developers, local businesses, other Salt Lake City divisions and departments, and community members seeking to collaborate with local artists. Artists in the Pool will be featured on a public roster that is publicly available to anyone looking to commission public art.

The Art Around the Corner Foundation (AACF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the arts, enriching the community, and bringing fine art to Southern Utah. AACF works in close partnership with the City of St. George to curate its nationally recognized annual outdoor sculpture show. Now in its 22nd year, AACF recruits world-class, professional artists to participate in a unique “art-on-loan” program. Each year, the Foundation solicits, selects, and installs approximately 35 new sculptures throughout Historic Downtown St. George, creating a vibrant cultural experience that is freely accessible to the public year-round. Sculptures are exhibited for one year and are available for sale or lease to public and private collectors. Dar Kawa Artists in Residence aims to provide a comfortable, nurturing environment inside a renovated riad for artists to dive into their creative practice while exploring and researching in Marrakech. Applicants should convey a serious interest in Morocco. Dar Kawa Artists in Residence program provides a single room at our riad for artists wishing to work and do research in Marrakech for up to 10 days. The residency is primarily self-directed, and only one resident is scheduled at a time. Artists can apply year round and selection is based on the strength of portfolio and whether the objectives of the applicant align with what the residency can offer.

Fusion Art announces the Everything Abstract 2025 Art Competition.

For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, are invited to submit their best nonobjective or nonrepresentational art. All artists, regardless of location or experience, are encouraged to submit their best abstract art and photography using any subject matter and any media.

The Holiday Art Competition is jointly presented by The Delaplaine Arts Center (the Delaplaine) and the Holiday Committee, a sub-committee of Celebrate Frederick Inc., a private, non-profit corporation working in partnership with the City of Frederick. The theme for the competition is a secular celebration of “The Holidays in Historic Frederick.” The artwork should be a way for people unfamiliar with Frederick to have an idea of the winter wonderland that awaits locals and tourists during the winter months. The selected artwork, or portions of the artwork, will be used by Celebrate Frederick in several “The Holidays” promotional pieces for the upcoming year. The finished product may include logos and/or copy added by Celebrate Frederick as needed.

The Studios at MASS MoCA artist and writers residency program is embedded in one of the world’s liveliest centers for making and enjoying today’s most evocative art. The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) is a former factory complex surrounded by the beautiful Berkshire Mountains in downtown North Adams. The Studios residency invites 10 artists at a time, nationally and internationally, for a residency of 2 or 4 weeks. These residencies provide essential time, space, and individualized support for artists to develop new work and ideas, with our campus being a living source of research and inspiration.

For their 2027 Open Call, they invite applications from artists working in any medium and location, whose practices emphasize experimentation, sustainability, and social engagement. As part of this opportunity, selected artists will receive artist fees based on the W.A.G.E. certification schedule, a production budget, and support from Open Source in the form of planning, production and communications. The chosen exhibition(s) will take place in 2027 and will be scheduled according to artists’ availability and other programming dates. Exhibitions are typically 5-6 weeks long.
